I think it would cause some trouble if it had been erected on public property, but the First Amendment allows us to display what we want on our own private property as long as it doesn't violate city or subdivision codes. I just wonder what would happen if a Muslim mosque put up the Statue of Liberty wearing a berka (sp?) with a Koran under her arm? Again, it should be legally fine on their own property, right?
